=====Inlite Chiller and Recirculator Flush===== **LAST REPLACED DI FILTER: July 31st 2026** There are times when the Inlite laser head will decrease in energy, as well as needing to replace filters.\\ This should help as a guild so doing these tasks go smoothly and quickly. ===Inlite Chiller=== The chiller cools distilled water with the help of the recirculator. The Chiller is the Rack Model, which is controlled by the Inlite itself. The pump will not work if the Inlite State is in **Stop**. It must be in, at least, **Standby**. (you will hear the difference) The Manual, {{ :namespace:minilite_manual.pdf |}},goes over how to drain the chiller and replace the DI Filter. I used a hand pump to flush the water out, because I wasn't aware of the Laser needing to be in Standby. If you want to clean the system. Let a solution of 80% Hydrogen Peroxide and 20% distilled water run overnight. You can leave in Standby mode for this time. The next morning, pump out all the Solution out and clean with distill water. Then fill the reservoir. Actually Steps: - Turn Off the chiller, by the switch and the key - Open the interlock top cover - Use the yellow pump to Syphin the water OUT of reservoir - Unplug the Return line, from the back of the rack, (have 1-2 paper towels ready for a few drops) - connect the pump to the return hose and syphon the water out of the laser head. - Fill with 80% Hydrogen peroxide 20% distilled water(2 normal size bottles were enough,) - you will need to close the interlock and turn on the rack, and pump some water into the lines, and them refill the reservoir a few times - Let it stay in Standby Mode over night - Syphon all the solution out - fill back with Distill water, let it run through the lines, and syphon again. Do this step twice - replace, the Di-filter, make sure to re tape the threads - Fill back with distilled water, and fill the lines - DONE FOR 6months {{:namespace:img_2823.jpeg?400|}} {{:namespace:img_0661.jpeg?400|}} {{:namespace:img_0668.jpeg?400|}} {{:namespace:img_0665.jpeg?400|}}
